What size Phiten sleeve do i need?
11″ from wrist to elbow, 20″ from wrist to shoulder; Do I need more Info? It’s the sleeve used for baseball. It goes on your throwing arm.
haha I’ve never used wristbands or sleeves or anything until this year, so I decided to go with the phiten sleeve this year, and it’s working ut pretty nice haha.
But yea the thing about them is that they’re kinda made for people who have like jacked biceps. So I have no idea like what you’re measurements of your arm tell about your height or age or whatever, which might be more helpful. But I do know that a large is the perfect length for anyone from me (5’7) to my friend who’s like 6’5.
However to get it to fit oin your bicep you’d probably need a ridiculously small size or something. Idk they only had larges where I got mine, but I wound up gettin my sister to sew it together a bit on teh bicep end to make it smaller and its fit perfectly, so I’d say that’s worth it for that classic phiten sleeve look.
