Could i use this weapon in UK?
For self defense purposes only i want to keep a small baseball bat in my bag. If i keep it in there with a ball as well is it still illegal? I mean I don’t want to get mugged as is the tendency in my area so if thats illegal some other suggestions. For the uk only!
One no even with a ball its still an offencive weapon!
you would have to prove that you were going to throw the ball to your self and then run in-front of the ball to strike it and then well You get the picture this kind of sport needs a couple of teams!
So if stopped you will need to give the police the mame of your team at least and the names of your fellow team mates!
So unless one the bat has the appearance of striking a ball or is brand new.
You would be in the deep brown smelly stuff! Forensics will know and tell all!
Secondly taking you rather silly idea to its possible conclusion!
Two or one guy approaches you How do You know that they are going to attack you?
Secondly if they or he did what are you going to do?
Oh hi you chaps I am just going to remove my bat so I can hit you about the head and body?
The more likely result would be you remove bat from bag they remover bat from you.
And if your very lucky you wake up in hospital trying to explain to the police why you had the bat in the first place.
Or you don’t wake up at all!
