I know I am sorry it is early.But here is the deal I run a community service group and we get presents for parents who can not afford their kids.Anyways we have to get going on this because we have many kids to give presents to.

You should ask the families to have their kids write letters to Santa (or whatever) saying what they want for gifts. Kids can be really specific about things.
