Cricket v Baseball. Which one is better? with reasons?
cricket in my opinion is better
1. cricket is much better because you can controll your shots unlike baseball where you just swing like a retard and don’t know where you have hit the ball.
2. in cricket, you run when you think its safe to run and you are safe instead of getting out, but in baseball you have to run when you have hit the ball even if you have hit the ball straight to the fielder.
3. you can bat untill you are out but in baseball, you have to go even if you hit the ball. (cannot continue to bat even if ur playing good)
4. i don’t want to make this long so one last and main reason (even if u just write this one sentence, it will give u an “A”) “Baseball originated from Cricket, baseball is not a game made by any new idea, the whole concept of baseball is cricket but its little turned around and made different by adding weird equipments and rules)
I like both, don’t really know which is better.
Baseball-
Pros: fun and easy, mostly everybody knows how to play, easy to practice, all american
Cons: lots of rules and regulations, people who think they can play but can’t, lots of frustration
Cricket-
Pros: different, fun, out of the ordinary, less people play so those who do usually know what they are doing, you can make a lot more decisions yourself, less rules and regulations, ball control
Cons: not many people know how to play since its not as popular (well at least where I live), generally harder to play and learn
