how to be better at hitting in baseball?
im 15 and i play baseball for my high school.i used to be hitting really good last year but i dont know what happend this year. everytime im hitting my coach says that im bringing all my weight from my back leg to my front leg and i dont know what he means.can anyone help me with this or show me a video on how to hit better or something..thanks

But reading will help you! Firstly you need to know how to swing! Pick up a book about swinging, Ted Williams’ the science of baseball is a great one. So is the physics of baseball.
For example, did you know in order to get the best power to hit a ball you need to swing at a 30 degree angle?
