can anyone help me out with how to write a letter to a college coach? I want to kno the format involved (i have stats from this past season so i need to know where to put those too). I am writing letters to about 15 D1 colleges so they need to be well written… THANK YOU!!!!!!
First, try to give them a direct call to the coach because all they are going to do with those letters is rip them up because they don’t know you. Also, work a litter smaller but larger at the same time. I recommend more DII and DIII Schools along with DI because you may be good enough for DII but no one will even think about looking at you in DI. Another thing, if you are going to send an email or letter, send it to at least 100-150 schools. It may be a hassle, but it would be worth it. If more teams are going after you, you will have more leverage to demand more money because if 2 teams are fully on you and one offers a full scholarship, the other will be forced to do the same thing, and then you have a choice.
