Baseball Speed Training

Baseball strength and speed exercises?
I am a 14 year old male and I can’t figure out what exercises to do to train my strength and speed. Right now i can only hit 280 feet and can sprint 70 feet in 4.5 sec so any way to help me in this field will be appreciated. Also any tips on running technique will also be appreciated. But really i would just like a list of exercises that a 14 year old can do and get results. Thank You
Their are many different kind of body weight squats you could do. Not only will they make your legs stronger for running but stronger legs/base is one of the mains things for more power.
