Okay

You want to do three main things in the field
1. Improve arm strength
~Triceps workouts are key. get the inside grip of the curl bars/ bench bars and do rep outs with no weight on them at first. You should try to get 50 reps. Do dips and push-ups as well

2. Improve your explosiveness/ speed.
~Sprint/run
~Do power cleans. They really help your acceleration

3. Improve your reaction time
~get someone to toss you balls on either side of you, so that you have to react quickly in order to catch the ball.

Hitting wise, its all about the triceps and core. Do tons of ab work. Get a medicine ball and mock your swing. Also to tons of curls and 6 inches drills
