Public ledger philadelphia? Is this a newspaper today?

i have a pictorial section of a public ledger from philadelphia dated sunday april 8, 1917 – it is torn on the fold lines where it was folded in half. it has pretty easter
pictures and inside is a picture of colonel teddy roosevelt and pictures of the Phillies baseball team and the Atheletics baseball team of 1917 at their spring training camp in Florida. is this worth anything? maybe i can donate it to philadelphia library or something. thank you for your help.

Unfortunately for a newspaper to be worth much it should be in good condition (even from that long ago) and preferably of an important event (World Series, record being broken, etc…) This is likely an opening day insert which in sharp condition might sell for 20 bucks or so. In poor condition with tears it’s more like $5. The Easter pics and Teddy Roosevelt (post-presidency) pics are not particularly important but a die hard Philadelphia baseball collector might be interested. Oh, and the Public Ledger is no longer a published paper in Philly.
