Would the NFL (American national foot ball league ) ever be a popular thing in the country of INDIA?
if the NFL decided to spread to India and form Indian foot ball teams..would the people and india enjoy it and make it popular ? why or why not and pleae explain
if buitl foot ball stadiums in each and ever major town or city in India and recruited INDIANS for football and trained them how to play..WOULD IT WORK OUT AS BASEBALL DID IN JAPAN? how so and why?

‘NO’… they won’t even care about it. Because here Cricket is the only sport with popularity. It’s not just a game it’s a religion here. Hockey is our national game. But none cares about it. Hockey Premiere League is about to start in India in which many world class players are going to participate but 99% Indians even don’t know that HPL is about to start. Remaining 1% don’t who knows about it don’t care about it.
But still there are two states in Goa where football is very famous. One is WEST BENGAL and the other is GOA. If you wanna spread popularity of NFL in India start from this two states.
I don’t say Indians don’t watch football. They do. If you spend much on advertisements then they may get attracted towards this. But still don’t expect if there is a Cricket match and Football match on same day, people are going to watch football.
