Weight Training/Physical Education Questions!?

There are a few questions for my physical education assignment I can’t answer. The material I was given has nothing about it. I could use some help. :)

Here are the questions I need help with:

Q: You have now learned the importance and benefits of weight training and cardiovascular activity. Decide which athlete might use the least amount of weight training in his/her preparation.

Football player
Wrestler
Baseball player
Cross-country runner

Q: Which of the following is NOT an upper body weight training exercise?

Squats
Bench press
Butterflies
Biceps curl

Q: Which of the following is NOT a shoulder and back weight training exercise?
Shoulder shrug

Triceps curl
Military press
Suitcase

1) I think it might be the wrestler, because they generally have to keep their weight down.

2)Squats (they work your quadriceps and hamstrings, which are in your legs. Quads on top of thigh, hamstrings on bottom)

3)Suitcase (is that even an exercise? I know the others are upper body, so I guess you determine the answer by eliminating the other answers)

(By the way, to the other two answers, butterflies work your entire arm and your triceps are opposite your biceps on your upper arm. The biceps are on the top and the triceps are on the bottom. You guys may be right about the cross-country runner, though.)
