Baseball Training Pitching Ball

Baseball injury help?
Hey Guys!
Just a little question about my arm for baseball. I am 12 years old and
have been pitching for about a year. This year I pitched 7 or 8 innings
With a 1.25 era, 11 or 12 k’s, no walked batters. Not to brag or anything, but I did good so good on my school team that one of my school team coaches wants me to pitch more for my summer league that he is one of the coaches of.
Ok, so I am going to be pitching more and I want to know if there is
anything I can do not to injure my arm. I have recieved some pitching training from a minor league coach. I just don’t want to injure my arm bad because the coach said I have a good shot of playing high school ball and even maybe more.
BTW- I throw around 45-50 fastball so not really fast
im a 16 year old softball player, but i pitched for a while a few years back. and at this age you just need the basics. good foundations. as long as you are going through the motions correctly, the basics, then your arm will be alright. warm up but doing basic throwing drills and work up to it. ALWAYS warm up. dont ever go right into pitching fastballs.
