Baseball Training Regimen

Can someone suggest a good baseball workout, please?
Age: 17 Height: 5’9 Weight: 136 Body Type: Skinny
I would really like to become stronger and hit and throw the ball farther for my senior year next year, so I am going to start a training regimen this summer. Can you please give me some suggestions as to which muscles to work on, how often to exercise them, and some foods to eat that will help build muscle. The resources I am working with are a Bowflex home gym, a small set of free weights, and possibly a medicine ball (if my sister lets me borrow it). Any help is appreciated.
work on your forearms there are squeeze balls that can work this out. I would also suggest getting a weighted ball and throwing it however when you do this don’t throw this to hard or far cuz it can hurt you elbow and rotor cup
