Baseball Training Resources
Can someone suggest a good baseball workout, please?
Age: 17 Height: 5’9 Weight: 136 Body Type: Skinny
I would really like to become stronger and hit and throw the ball farther for my senior year next year, so I am going to start a training regimen this summer. Can you please give me some suggestions as to which muscles to work on, how often to exercise them, and some foods to eat that will help build muscle. The resources I am working with are a Bowflex home gym, a small set of free weights, and possibly a medicine ball (if my sister lets me borrow it). Any help is appreciated.

I suggest rotating throughout different parts off your body about 4 times a week with a rest day in between. Also after every workout you could do different ab workouts (crunches, sit ups, etc.) They are always good for baseball.
