Baseball Training Running

What Are Some Good Running Drills?
I am a football and baseball player. I am training for endurance and being able to go when I have nothing left. Are there any GOOD running drills that will improve quickness and endurance?
OR is it best to just run a lot?
P.S. I will be doing these in all my football pads
Well, my coach for track always makes us do running drills(obviously), but here are some of the quicker ones you could do a lot of(Idk if you could in your football stuff, but they reaally help):
Flying 30s. You jog 30 yards, then sprint 30. It’s easy to do about 5 or 6 sets of these.
Boxes. You’ve prolly done them. Those black box like things you jump on, over, sideways, stuff like that. They really help build leg muscles.
MY other faves don’t really have names, but I just like doing a few miles. Racing is good, too.
