Training for varsity baseball!!!!?
I want to try out next year for varsity baseball at my school and i want to start my training now… Im going to play summer ball and winter ball until next year… any drills or training tips….

Sparq has a really good training DVD for baseball. Jimmy Rollins goes through a whole workout that is great for both in and out of season.
There is nothing that can substitue real game experience. So play as much as you can and watch as much as you can. And don’t just watch a game – learn how they do it and why.
