5 rules of visibility jungle drivers ed?

I have a drivers ed test tomorrow for the “its a jungle drivers training” but in the test it says i need an example and a relation of these five rules of space and visibility

1. aim high in steering:
- imaginary target baseball/dartboard
centers your car in traffic/ safe path on turns

2. Get the big picture:
ow wide and deep? whats in it? objects and background.
keeps you away from billboards. smooth stops and turns. buys time

3. keep your eyes moving
move eyes: front – 2 seconds. Rear – 5 to 8 seconds
keeps you alive at intersections. keeps eyes ahead of car.

4. leave yourself an out
have an escape route. take path of least resistance. space on all four sides but always in front

i need examples of when you would use those on te road and relations to the road.

You will be doing all of the above all of the time while driving, it other words you will remain always alert.
