Weight Training?

Okay.
Im gonna walk about 1/4 a mile everyday and lift 8lb weights.
Also I lift wieghts for football(3 days a week)
And play baseball(2 days a week)

I am 13 and 5’7 180lbs

Im also going on a diet

Also I do 30 situps everynight

How long will it take me to lose 50 lbs?

Also comments on what not to eat and what to eat would help

Any other comments regarding my weights/walking would help to

more walk. no wt lifting. it should take at least i yr. other wise again you will gain wt.
do not go on a drastic diet control. no fasting pl.
do’s and don’ts :-

1. do have at least 3-4 times –breakfast–lunch—tiffin and dinner.
2. drink lots of water. some times with lime a spoon honey and warm water.
3. have fruits and boiled vegetables at least two times in a day
4. reduce in take of food between half and 2/3-lunch and DINNER
5NO JUNK FOOD–NO CANNED FOOD.
6.go to web site wikipedia and type nadi shodhan in yoga.
from there do some pranayam say about 30mts.
7. suggest your self– day by day, in every way i am lossing wt.
this way whatever you loss it will be permanent.
