How do I get the local police to stop following me around everywhere. There is one who even goes to my gym?
he even follows me to the shower after I work out. I read in the paper recently that the local police here are “watching gang activity” Do they think I am a gangster or something? The guy even followed me to my kid’s baseball game. He does not wear a cop uniform but I know he is a cop because a guy said to him “hey are you still a police officer” and he said yes.
Just because you heard him say to someone else he is a police officer doesn’t mean he actually is.
If you know, or can find out his name, call the police department and ask if he is an officer. If not, report him to the real police. If he is, and you are doing absolutely nothing illegal, go to the chief of police and file a complaint against this guy. Whether he alleges to be a policeman or IS a policeman, he does not have the right to stalk you! While the majority of policemen are good men/women, all are not!
Were this happening to me and I was absolutely positive it wasn’t just coincidence, I’d be sitting in the police chief’s office tomorrow!!! COPS are here to protect us, NOT harass us!!!
