Little League Baseball Rules

I have a question about Little League Baseball rules, are you able to help me?
Situation: 3 balls.1 strike.1 out, the pitcher fires a fastball into the
dirt. It deflects off the catcher’s shin-guard and rolls into the first base
dugout.
The offensive manager argues that the batter should be awarded second base
since he/she would have gotten first on “ball four”. DO YOU AGREE?
No, the batter gets one base from the time of the pitch. This is a pitch, not a ball thrown by a fielder.
Rule 7.05 (i) If the batter becomes a runner on a wild pitch which entitles the runners to advance
one base, the batter-runner shall be entitled to first base only.
