Speed Training Program

Can anyone reveal the five exercises you will find in the Run Faster Speed Training Program?
Im sick of buying stuff over the internet and I really want to try some workouts so i can get just a bit faster over summer for my tryout in august (soccer) i dont have access to a gym and i will never take any pills ! Please anyone who has purchased the training program would you share some info ?
i cannot reveal those exercises because i don’t know them but i can give you some to do on your own if you really want to put in the effort. i suggest (for soccer endurance) you alternate running 1 mile 1 day and 1/2 a mile 2-3 times the next. 4-5 days a week. drink lots of water before you run not to get cramps, then do a 3-5 minute walk as a warm up. after that stretch out. when you are done with your workout then do a cool down and stretch again not to be sore the next day. get a watch to time yourself and preferably do this at a nearby track at a high school. good luck with running and i hope you improve your endurance for soccer in the summer. practice dribbling the ball too so that you aren’t in bad skillz shape.
