Are there and baseball academies for adult players?

I am 34 and recently joined an adult team. i haven’t played for a long time, but it’s fun and my instincts are still somewhat in tact. I’d be interested in going to a baseball academy for a few days to get some coaching, and maybe even see if I can get back on the mound. Does anyone know of any such academies with programs/services for adult players?

Try a local indoor batting cage. Most of those places have former players or current college players working there that will give lessons or help out.
