Freshman baseball player?

So I know I should lift and run a lot in the winter before baseball season but what can I do to practice my actual baseball skills. I dont have a friend to play with so what can I do alone, any training aids you would recommend?

Go to a batting cage, work out with anyone u can fain and get on a few travel teams! play as much as possible best thing to do!

Is it a rule or law for a high school baseball coach to have a first aid kit available at games?

In illinois?

It is not a “rules” issue.

It is however a School Board policy issue. The Board in my area requires a trainer (with first aid equipment) and a game manager (school administrator) and a lightning detector, and a law enforcement officer at every contest. They are all good ideas.

4 only.
In 2, the subject is Senator. It is singular, therefore “is planning” would be correct.

Baseball training and conditioning for a teenager?

I’m about to turn 15 about 5’8 and 117 lbs and I’ve been playing baseball for a awhile and I want to know any training methods that will improve my play. For example, should I go to the gym? lift weights? how long should I run? or any special exercises that won’t hurt me or stunt my growth.

I would do all of those. Just stay away from steroids!
