Gaining Weight and Getting Cut… At age 16.?

Okay guys, I’ve been googling and googling and nothing has came up so I’m coming to you for answers. I was really just wanting to know some Weight Training Methods and Weight Gain Excercises to gain some weight and a lot of muscle for next years football season. Right now, I’m standing at 5’8″ and only 125 pounds. (yeah…) I have equipment to work out with and can easily buy anything else that I need so that is not an issue. I just need to be told by an expert how to work out properly and gain weight properly. I want to be in excellent condition for college baseball and football for my senior class next year.

Beta Games… Anyone heard of a baseball game like this football one?
